We present a highly efficient and compact diode-side-pumped Tm:YAG laser that offers exceptional stability. Our laser module is comprised of three LDs with a 780 nm wavelength that pump the diffusion-bonded Tm:YAG, enabling us to achieve high-power output. To reduce the device's size, we constructed a symmetrical, straight short cavity and employed a single-channel water cooling method. At a cooling temperature of 12℃, we obtained a maximum continuous-wave output power of 119 W at 2.02 μm, with an optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 18% and a slope efficiency of up to 32.7%. The system maintains stable maximum power output within 2 hours with power fluctuations less than 1%. Additionally, we measured the beam quality factors in the x and y directions to be 21.01 and 21.68, respectively.
