Urgent Cargo Sampling and Testing Required for Warehouse 206

We observed deterioration of cargo stored in warehouse 206 and requested ITS to sample the cargo. ITS has completed the sampling of the alleged seriously damaged cargo in warehouse 206 and prepared composite samples for testing. For other cargo stored in silos and warehouse 203 prior to ITS' attendance, ITS recommends taking samples when the receiver begins to transport the cargo to their factory.

Given the unstable condition of the goods in warehouse 206, we recommend testing the composite samples of No. 206 warehouse (the alleged seriously damaged goods) as soon as possible. To facilitate comparison with loading port cargo quality certificate, we suggest testing the samples according to the loading port testing items and standards (Brazilian methods). At the same time, considering that the consignee usually tests and claims according to Chinese national standards, we suggest testing according to national standards as well.

We have drafted relevant testing items and obtained a quotation from ITS, with the total price quoted as CNY7300. Please refer to the enclosed document for specific testing items and quotations. Due to the Labor Day holiday, testing is expected to begin on May 4th.
