Withdrawal of Research Manuscript Due to Journal's Exclusion from SCI and Lack of Funding

My academic mentor had pledged to cover the costs associated with publishing my research paper. Regrettably, due to the journal's disqualification from the Science Citation Index (SCI), my mentor reneged on this commitment. As a student, I was unable to bear the financial burden of publication myself, and was consequently compelled to withdraw my manuscript.
