Project Plan: Milestones, Timelines, and Testing for Spine Navigation System Registration

The project plan details the project's milestones, timelines, and the roles and responsibilities of both parties. We will work closely with your team to ensure that we meet these milestones and complete the project on time. Testing is set to commence in July 2023, with the registration dossier being submitted in Feb 2024. We anticipate receiving reviewer feedback in June 2024, and obtaining the certificate in August 2025, assuming a one-year response time for deficiencies. The most time-consuming aspect of the project is the testing phase, during which we will prepare the registration dossier. We have not yet decided on the testing institute, but there are two potential candidates: Guangdong Institute and Hangzhou Institute. Hangzhou Institute has experience testing several spine navigation systems, while Guangdong Institute is closer to us. The official testing period at Guangdong Institute is 7 months, but we will try to minimize wait times.

Regarding roles and responsibilities, your team will be responsible for providing us with the necessary information and documentation.
