Digital Transformation Challenges and Strategies: A Case Study

This paper investigates the challenges and strategies of a company in the process of digital transformation. Through case analysis and literature review, three major challenges in the process of digital transformation are identified, including the transformation of organizational culture, the enhancement of technological capabilities, and the demand for talent cultivation. To address these challenges, the company has adopted a series of strategies, including leadership transformation, technology investment, and talent introduction. The research findings of this paper provide valuable references for other companies in the process of digital transformation.
