206库货物恶化情况更新：取样测试安排及报价

由于206库货物存在恶化情况，ITS今日已经完成了对206库存放的所谓'严重损坏货物'的取样并准备了这些货物的测试样。对于其他在its加入前已经存放于筒仓和203库的货物，ITS建议等货主开始转运货物的时候再取样。

由于206库货物的不稳定性，我们建议首先对该样品进行测试。为了方便与装港指标相比对，我们建议按照装港测试项目和测试标准对样品进行测试。同时考虑到收货人通常以中国国标对货物测试索赔，我们建议同时按照国标测试。我们草拟了相关测试项目并向ITS进行了询价，并得到答复总价格为CNY7300。具体测试项目及报价详见附件。如果您不反对的话，我们将安排ITS尽快进行测试。如果您有任何建议或指示，也请随时联系我们。由于劳动节假期，预计要到5.4日才能开始测试。

Due to the deterioration of the goods stored in warehouse 206, ITS has completed the sampling of the 'seriously damaged goods' stored in warehouse 206 today and prepared test samples for these goods. For other goods stored in silos and warehouse 203 before joining ITS, ITS recommends taking samples when the cargo owner begins to transport the goods.

Due to the instability of the goods in warehouse 206, we suggest testing the samples from this warehouse first. In order to facilitate comparison with loading port indicators, we suggest testing the samples according to the loading port testing items and standards. At the same time, considering that the consignee usually tests and claims according to Chinese national standards, we suggest testing according to national standards as well. We have drafted relevant testing items and inquired about the price from ITS, and the total price quoted is CNY7300. Please refer to the attached document for specific testing items and quotations.
