An Evaluation Index System for Quantifying China's Intelligent Development

To quantify the progression of intelligence in China, a development evaluation index system has been constructed to reflect changes over time. Intelligent development is a comprehensive concept encompassing economic development mode transformation and change. In the literature review on intelligence, the scope of artificial intelligence was outlined based on its' use background, driver, technology, and application, thereby elucidating the logical perspective of intelligent development. By defining the connotation of intelligent development, considering the development objectives and evaluation principles outlined in China's development planning document, and drawing from Lin Hui et al.'s (2022) index system design concept, this study selects representative indicators from three key aspects: intelligent development conditions, application, and technology.
