Due to the crew's failure to maintain separate ventilation records, they have only provided the Monthly Work Report (DECK) as a reference. However, this document lacks detailed ventilation times and applicable ventilation rules, which may be considered inadequate ventilation. As a result, careful consideration is needed before disclosing this document. Furthermore, we have observed that the shipowner has directly requested this document from the crew, and the crew appears to be in the process of preparing a new ventilation record. If this new record is provided to us, we will thoroughly examine it.
