Inadequate Ventilation During Cargo Transport: Missing Time and Temperature Data

As previously mentioned, the crew only provided ventilation photos in April without providing details regarding the ventilation time and rules, which should be considered as inadequate ventilation. According to the crew, they ventilated the cargo holds during good weather and kept a record of this in their Monthly Work Report (DECK). However, there was no monitoring of cargo temperature or detailed information regarding ventilation time.
