Improper Ventilation: Missing Details and Temperature Monitoring

As previously mentioned, the crew only provided ventilation photos in April without providing details of the ventilation time and rules. This lack of information could be considered improper ventilation. According to the crew, they ventilated the cargo holds during good weather and recorded this in their Monthly Work Report (DECK). However, there was no monitoring of cargo temperature or detailed documentation of ventilation time.
