At the outset, we establish a comprehensive evaluative framework to appraise the intelligent advancement in diverse regions and municipalities throughout China. This framework encompasses a range of indicators to measure the progress of intelligent development, including technological infrastructure, innovation capacity, human capital, and societal impact. By applying this framework, we aim to provide a detailed assessment of the current state of intelligent development across China and identify potential areas for improvement.
