A Comprehensive Assessment Framework for Evaluating Intelligent Development in Chinese Regions and Cities

We have developed a comprehensive assessment framework to gauge the level of intelligent development across diverse regions and municipalities within China. This framework provides a systematic and standardized approach to evaluating the progress of different areas in their journey towards becoming intelligent and sustainable. It leverages a comprehensive set of indicators that capture various aspects of intelligent development, including technological infrastructure, data management, innovation, and human capital. By applying this framework, we aim to provide valuable insights into the current state of intelligent development in China and identify opportunities for further advancement.
