Meanwhile, income displays a significant positive relationship at the same level, indicating that intelligent development results in an outflow of human capital, whereas an increase in income can act as a catalyst for inflow. Nonetheless, the absolute value of the coefficient suggests that income growth has a greater propensity to attract human capital in comparison to the adverse impact of intelligent development.
