Income Restructuring and Human Capital Mobility: An Examination of Intermediary Channels

This modification can be facilitated by two distinct intermediate mechanisms, namely elevating the mean income and expanding the income disparity, or by the interrelated intermediate mechanisms of augmenting income, which accelerates the mobility of human capital, and broadening the income gap, which also hastens the mobility of human capital. It is noteworthy that the restructuring of income has both autonomous and interrelated mediating influences, while the mobility of human capital has autonomous mediating effects.
