The Impact of Policy on China's Intelligent Development: Evidence from a Time-Varying Analysis

Based on the chronogram of intelligent development delineated earlier, it is evident that China witnessed a marked upsurge in intelligent development during 2013 and 2015, likely attributable to the acceleration of said development in response to policy impetus. Hence, it stands to reason that if intelligent development can mitigate the human capital mismatch, it should be further incentivized post-2013 and 2015, thereby necessitating the construction of multiplication terms of temporal virtual variables and explanatory variables for these years, respectively.
