Investigating the Causal Relationship Between Intelligent Development and Human Capital Mismatch: Evidence from 2SLS Regression

In general, it is rare to observe a reverse causal relationship between intelligent development and human capital mismatch. However, in order to strengthen the validity of our findings, we have employed the approach proposed by Acemoglu and Restrepo (2019) and utilized lagged intelligent development variable (L.Intelligent) and industrial robot density (Intelligent_U.S) installed in the United States as instrumental variables for intelligent development in conducting 2SLS regression.
