Analyzing Income Structure Changes: Average Income, Inequality, and Human Capital Flow

This shift in income structure can be analyzed from two perspectives: the average income level (Income_ave) and income inequality (Income_gap). Income_ave is determined by calculating the mean annual salary of urban workers, while Income_gap is assessed by comparing the number of employees in computer services and software-related industries to those in traditional manufacturing industries, as per Akdur's (2021) methodology. Furthermore, the Flow of human capital factors is quantified by computing the ratio of regional human capital to total human capital for the given year. Regional human capital is derived from the product of the total labor force and average human capital possession.
