Data Sources and Processing for Robot-Related Research

The source of data pertaining to robots is derived from the report compiled by the International Federation of Robotics (IFR), which presents a comprehensive overview of the worldwide deployment and ownership of industrial robots, categorized by industrial sectors and applications. This database is widely acknowledged as the most dependable and authoritative resource for robot-related research. The patent data is sourced from the China Wanfang Patent Database, while the China City Statistical Yearbook, China Population and Employment Statistical Yearbook, and EPS statistical data analysis platform serve as supplementary sources of information. All variables undergo logarithmic transformation, and Table 1 presents descriptive statistics.
