By comparing Figure 8 with Figure 7(c), it can be observed that the denoising effect achieved by the custom thresholding method is superior to that of the SURE thresholding algorithm. The custom method effectively preserves the crack information while filtering out the noise signal to a greater extent. This observation demonstrates the effectiveness and accuracy of the custom thresholding method, establishing it as a reliable technique for the analysis of laser cladding crack signals.
