政策协同对绿色创新的影响：研究视角的转变

This study shifts the focus of government research on green innovation from single-industry policies to policy synergies that impact regions, and analyzes the effects and mechanisms of different policy synergies. Previous research often treated single policies or multiple policies as independent entities, or only compared and analyzed different types of policies, lacking attention to the effects of policy synergies. This paper explores the impact of policy synergies on green innovation through discussions on two forms of policy synergies: policy actor synergy and policy tool synergy.
