Background

本项目是针对港华燃气管网运行部所管辖的燃气管道进行资产可行性研究，旨在评估燃气管道的运营效益和资产价值，为管道运营和资产管理提供科学依据。

This project is a feasibility study on the engineering assets of the gas pipelines under the jurisdiction of the Honghua Gas Pipeline Operations Department.
