PPP模式下公路项目效益评估与补贴优化研究
The introduction of the PPP model has alleviated the pressure of insufficient government funding for infrastructure construction and facilitated the construction process of relevant facilities. However, as the level of road construction deepens, the benefits of some post-planned road projects are poor. Therefore, the key issue in project benefit calculation is how to meet the project benefit indicators with the minimum feasible gap subsidy. This paper aims to verify the impact of different subsidy methods on project benefits through examples, in order to provide certain assistance for the approval of highway projects and the selection of social capital parties.
