Composite Sample Preparation Update for 9 Lots + Partial 10th Lot (ITS Sampling)

We have received your instructions and discussed the preparation of composite samples with ITS, the sampling company. Here's an update on the current situation:

Completed Sampling:

• ITS has completed sampling for 9 lots, each consisting of 5000 tons.
• Sampling for the 10th lot is partially complete, covering approximately 2300 tons.

Next Steps:

• Assuming no objections or further instructions, ITS will proportionally mix the collected samples to create a composite sample for testing.
• Sampling of the remaining cargo in silos 10 and 12 will resume in 500-ton lots once transportation resumes.
• We await your instructions on whether to test the remaining samples separately or combine them with the previous samples.

ADM Surveyor Participation:

• As per previous instructions and the charterer's surveyor's requirements on behalf of ADM, we will invite the ADM surveyor to witness the composite sample preparation.
• The tentative schedule for this is tomorrow.
