Composite Sample Preparation Update: Cargo Sampling and Next Steps

We have received your instructions and consulted with ITS, the sampling company, regarding the composite sample preparation for the current cargo samples.

Sampling Progress:

• ITS has completed sampling for 9 lots, each containing 5000 tons.
• Sampling for the 10th lot is partially complete, with 2300 tons sampled so far.
• Pending further instructions, ITS will proportionally mix the collected samples to create a composite sample for testing.

Remaining Cargo:

• Sampling for the remaining cargo in silos 10 and 12 will resume once transportation restarts, in lots of 500 tons each.
• We await your instructions on whether to test these samples separately or combine them with the previous samples.

Charterer's Surveyor Involvement:

• Following previous instructions and the charterer's surveyor (representing ADM) requirements, they should be invited to witness the composite sample preparation.
• We will invite the ADM surveyor, assuming no objections.

Next Steps:

• Composite sample preparation is tentatively scheduled for tomorrow.
