Sample Preparation Method for Representative Goods Analysis

To prepare a representative sample for goods analysis, the following steps were taken:

1. Silo Sampling: 30 bags of samples were collected from 10 different batches stored in the silos. These samples were then thoroughly mixed to create a homogeneous blend.

2. Warehouse Sampling: 14 bags of samples were collected from 7 different batches stored in warehouse 203. Similar to the silo samples, these samples were also thoroughly mixed.

3. Proportional Combining: The blended samples from the silos and warehouse 203 were combined in a proportion that accurately reflected the quantity of goods stored in each location. This ensured that the final sample was truly representative of the entire goods inventory.
