Sample Preparation Procedure for Representative Sampling

To prepare a representative sample for analysis, the following procedure was followed:

1. Sampling: 10 batches of 30 bags of samples were collected from the silos, resulting in a total of 300 bags. Additionally, 7 batches of 14 bags of samples were collected from the 203 warehouse, resulting in 98 bags.
2. Batch Mixing: Each batch of samples (300 bags from silos and 98 bags from the warehouse) was thoroughly mixed separately to ensure homogeneity within each batch.
3. Proportional Combining: The samples from the silos and the warehouse were then combined in a proportion that reflected the relative quantities of goods stored in each location. This ensures the final combined sample accurately represents the overall composition of the goods.
