During the promotional period, Party B has achieved a total exposure of 80 million and an interaction volume of 3 million.

Party B undertakes to ensure accomplishment of and/or breakthrough in the yearly sales target in a faithful, active and responsible manner.

3.1.1 Party B undertakes to realize the yearly sales should be no less than $414.86 million, and yearly sales growth should be no less than 11%.
