Cargo Discharging Completed - Vessel Survey Report

Please be advised that the discharging of cargo onto the subject vessel was successfully completed at 1430hrs this afternoon. Following the completion of discharging, a final inspection was conducted on all cargo holds, and no significant damages or dents were observed, except for minor scratches and nicks on the lower hold side plating, tanktop, and bulkheads. We have attached some photos for your reference.

In the absence of any further instructions, our surveyor will disembark the vessel and prepare the survey report, which will be submitted to you as soon as possible.
