Urgent: Deteriorating Silo Cargo - Sampling and Testing Recommendations Requested

Regarding the cargo still stored in the terminal's silos, we contacted the receiver today and learned that the terminal has purchased specialized equipment to clean the cargo inside the silos. However, the receiver alleges that the equipment has not yet been approved for use by the port authority. Therefore, it is uncertain when the cargo can be transported back to the factory. Considering that the cargo has already deteriorated inside the silos, we would like to inquire if it is advisable to take a separate sample and conduct separate testing for this portion of the cargo. Additionally, to prevent the previously obtained samples from further deteriorating, should we prepare a mixed sample of the previously obtained samples for testing first?
