Automated Battery and Medicine Replacement System for Extended Drone Operations

In order to solve the problem that drones cannot work for a long time due to the limitation of battery capacity and cannot automatically replace the medicine box during specific tasks, this article designs a system that can automatically replace the drone battery and medicine box, which can assist the drone in completing autonomous battery replacement and automatic medicine replacement, and improve its work efficiency. The battery replacement system of this design mainly uses a stepper motor to drive the ball screw and a servo motor to drive the incomplete gear, which drives the movement of the battery replacement mechanism. The automatic medicine replacement system mainly uses the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor to detect the liquid level height and control the electromagnetic valve of the drone's automatic medicine replacement workbench to add medicine and re-enter the flight mission.
