Soybean Processing Update: Factory Visit and Data Collection on May 18th

Please kindly note that we revisited the receiver's factory on May 18th. During our visit, we interviewed the factory's QC department and monitored the sampling process. The daily composite samples of production and blending soybean were made under the relevant parties' witness, and the QC department disclosed the test report of blending soybean and products.

On the same day, the receiver's loss adjuster arrived at the factory at 1300hrs. With his presence, the receiver exported production data statistics from their OA system and provided the data to us. We were then asked to sign the data sheet, which we did, acknowledging receipt of the data. However, we inserted a remark on the data sheet stating that it was received only and not verified. Subsequently, we accompanied the loss adjuster and the receiver's representative to the workshop to collect raw data and check some on-site measuring instruments.

Currently, there are approximately 20,000 tons of soybean from our vessel that have not yet been processed. It is estimated that it will take approximately 10 days to complete the processing. If there are no further instructions, we will further collect and verify the data and supervise the sampling process.
