Factory Measuring Equipment Inspection Report - May 18th
Factory Measuring Equipment Inspection Report - May 18th
1. Introduction On May 18th, a site inspection of the factory's measuring equipment was conducted. The inspection was attended by representatives of the consignee and their loss adjuster. The primary objective was to examine the functionality and readings of critical measuring devices within the facility.
2. Equipment Inspected The following equipment was inspected:
- Flow meters for finished oil (two in total)
- Level gauge for the alkali solution tank
- Electricity meter
3. Findings
3.1 Finished Oil Flow Meters The factory utilizes two finished oil filling pipelines, each equipped with a dedicated flow meter positioned near the storage filling point. At 16:55 hrs, the accumulated readings on the flow meters were recorded as follows:
- Flow Meter 1: 618,189 cubic meters
- Flow Meter 2: 213,564 cubic meters
3.2 Alkali Solution Tank Level Gauge The alkali solution tank is fitted with a pressure-type level gauge. At 16:50 hrs, the gauge displayed the following readings:
- Pressure: 33.127 kPa
- Capacity: 23.7%
It was also observed that every centimeter change in the liquid level within the tank corresponded to 287 kilograms of alkali solution.
3.3 Electricity Meter Access to the power distribution room was granted by the consignee, allowing for the examination of the electricity meter and its readings. The meter's display data for 08:00 hrs on the same day was cross-referenced with the original recorded data. The comparison revealed consistency between the displayed and original data.
4. Conclusion The inspection provided a snapshot of the factory's measuring equipment status on May 18th. The recorded data from the flow meters, level gauge, and electricity meter will be further analyzed for accuracy and consistency within the factory's operational context.
