First, we used the utility scoring system constructed in China to calculate the utility values of QLU-C10D and EQ-5D-5L in the three sets of data and compared them. Using the data from the first measurement, we assessed the ceiling and floor effects of both scales. Scatter plots were used to display the correlation between QLU-C10D and EQ-5D-5L in the first set of data, and the Spearman correlation was used to compare the correlation between C10D and 5L. Although C10D is a cancer-specific scale, both C10D and 5L are tools used to evaluate health-related quality of life (HRQoL), and some dimensions overlap, so it is anticipated that there would be a high level of consistency.
