First, we used the utility scoring system constructed in China to calculate the utility values of QLU-C10D and EQ-5D-5L in three sets of data and compared them. Using the data from the first measurement, we assessed the ceiling and floor effects of both scales. A scatter plot was used to illustrate the correlation between QLU-C10D and EQ-5D-5L in the first set of data. Additionally, we used Spearman's correlation to compare the correlation between C10D and 5L. Despite C10D being a cancer-specific scale, both C10D and 5L are tools used to evaluate HRQoL, and some dimensions overlap, thus predicting a higher level of consistency.
