China Telecom to Establish Dedicated NOC for BASF, Ensuring Efficient and Secure Network Services

China Telecom will establish a dedicated Network Operations Center (NOC) for BASF in accordance with the contract terms, providing 7*24-hour support and nationwide response for exclusive assurance services, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and secure business services for BASF. Daily operational activities include hardware and software updates, network lifecycle management, change management, customer support/helpdesk for operational issues and event management, network monitoring and performance management through tracking network KPIs (key performance indicators) for daily onsite and remote operations, access to operational data for local and global level analysis, onsite local support, providing support for implementation and initial event troubleshooting when necessary, providing service operation reports including event statistics, and holding operational meetings with BASF employees.
