Network Operations and Support Services for BASF
Daily operational activities include hardware and software updates, network lifecycle management, change management, customer support/helpdesk for operational issues and event management. Network monitoring and performance management are carried out through tracking network KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for daily on-site and remote operations. Access to operational data is used for local and global level analysis. On-site local support is provided, and support is also available for implementation and initial event troubleshooting when necessary. Service operational reports are provided, including statistics on event occurrence, and operational meetings are held with BASF employees.
