China Telecom to Establish Dedicated Service Center for BASF in Greater China

China Telecom Group will establish a dedicated service center for BASF, responsible for coordinating the establishment of dedicated Network Operations Centers (NOCs) at 35 BASF sites in Greater China. The 35 sites will be monitored uniformly, and monitoring, operations, on-site management and expert team support will be carried out according to the principles of 'customer first, one-point connection, professional team, and full-service'. The monitoring and dispatching, operation and maintenance services, on-site operation and maintenance management, and expert team support will be carried out under a two-tiered structure of 'headquarters and nationwide'.
