Goods Freeze Damage: Possible Container Temperature Sensor Malfunction

Due to the extensive freeze damage sustained by the goods, we suspect that the temperature sensing system of the container may have malfunctioned. This could have caused the container to continue refrigerating, ultimately resulting in the freeze damage to the goods.
