大豆货物霉变分析：高含水量导致霉菌生长

Based on the descriptions from the crew and relevant photos, we have noticed that the main issue with the cargo is mold growth. Mold growth on soybeans is caused by rapid reproduction of microorganisms. Whether or not microorganisms can grow and reproduce depends on the equilibrium relative humidity (ERH). During inspection, we did not find any evidence of water entering the cargo hold, and the cargo has been ventilated in a timely manner. There were no signs of sweating on the surface of the cargo. Therefore, we speculate that the mold growth on the cargo is due to high moisture content in the cargo itself.
