Cargo Inspection Report: Slight Liquidity Issue, No Seawater Contamination Found

During the unloading process, we thoroughly inspected the condition of the goods and noticed only slightly poor liquidity, with no other obvious abnormalities. We also examined the hatch and found no defects or signs of leakage. Additionally, we conducted a silver nitrate test on both the cargo and the interior of the hatch, which produced no reaction, indicating that no seawater had entered the hold. However, upon opening the manhole cover to enter the hold, we discovered a significant amount of water droplets beneath the cover that did not react with silver nitrate. After questioning the crew, we discovered that the manhole cover had not been opened for an extended period, and its sealing strip was in excellent condition. We suspect that the water droplets may have resulted from condensation.
