Furthermore, research has demonstrated that a high dopant concentration ratio CTm / CHo is more beneficial for laser efficiency [22]. Typically, this ratio is approximately 15 [23]. However, to further investigate laser performance, we created a rod with a dopant concentration ratio of 25, as there have been no previous reports of ratios higher than 20. This will allow us to gain a greater understanding of the laser's capabilities.
