新冠疫情对大学生心理影响：人格特质、社会支持与应激反应关系研究

摘要：

本研究旨在探究新冠疫情下大学生人格特质、社会支持与应激反应的关系。采用问卷调查法，对某大学600名学生进行调查，收集其人格特质、社会支持和应激反应等数据。研究发现，大学生的人格特质、社会支持和应激反应存在显著差异，其中，外向性、亲和性和神经质是影响大学生应激反应的重要因素。此外，社会支持对大学生应激反应具有显著的缓解作用。研究结果对于加强大学生心理健康教育和提高社会支持水平具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:

This study aims to explore the relationship between personality traits, social support, and stress response among college students under the COVID-19 epidemic. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 600 students from a university, and data on personality traits, social support, and stress response were collected. The results showed that there were significant differences in personality traits, social support, and stress responses among college students. Extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism were important factors affecting stress responses among college students. In addition, social support had a significant buffering effect on stress responses among college students. The results of this study have certain reference value for strengthening college students' mental health education and improving social support.
