新冠疫情下大学生人格特质、社会支持与应激反应关系研究

摘要：

本研究旨在探讨新冠疫情下大学生人格特质、社会支持与应激反应之间的关系。采用问卷调查的方法，对来自某大学的300名大学生进行调查。研究结果显示，大学生的人格特质与应激反应之间存在显著负相关，即人格特质越高，应激反应越低。社会支持与应激反应之间存在显著正相关，即社会支持越高，应激反应越低。同时，社会支持在人格特质与应激反应之间起到了中介作用。研究结果对于提高大学生的心理健康具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

This study aims to explore the relationship between personality traits, social support, and stress responses among college students during the COVID-19 pandemic. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 300 college students from a university. The results showed a significant negative correlation between personality traits and stress responses, indicating that higher personality traits were associated with lower stress responses. There was a significant positive correlation between social support and stress responses, indicating that higher social support was associated with lower stress responses. At the same time, social support played a mediating role between personality traits and stress responses. The results of this study have certain reference significance for improving the mental health of college students.
