This paper presents a design scheme of labeling machine based on PLC control system. The system adopts Siemens S7-200 series PLC as the core controller, and realizes the automation control of labeling machine through programming. The system has the characteristics of high efficiency, reliability and stability, and can realize automatic labeling, automatic detection, automatic correction and other functions. This paper introduces the hardware composition and software design of PLC control system in detail, as well as the test results of the system. The test shows that the system can meet the requirements of automatic control of labeling machine, and has high stability and reliability.
