随着城市化进程的加速,地铁成为城市公共交通的重要组成部分,但也面临着日益增长的客流压力。本文通过对国内外地铁大客流应对措施的研究,分析了目前地铁客流管理存在的问题,并提出了一些解决方案。主要包括:优化地铁线路布局,增加列车数量和频率,完善客流导向和分流措施,提高运营效率,加强应急管理等。这些措施的实施可以有效缓解地铁客流压力,提高乘客出行体验,为城市交通可持续发展做出贡献。

Abstract:
With the acceleration of urbanization, the subway has become an important part of urban public transportation, but it also faces increasing passenger flow pressure. This paper analyzes the current problems of subway passenger flow management through the study of domestic and foreign subway passenger flow response measures, and proposes some solutions. Mainly includes: optimizing subway route layout, increasing the number and frequency of trains, improving passenger flow guidance and diversion measures, improving operation efficiency, and strengthening emergency management. The implementation of these measures can effectively alleviate the pressure of subway passenger flow, improve passenger travel experience, and contribute to the sustainable development of urban transportation.
