高血压护理干预对患者治疗效果的影响及护理措施研究

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explore the promoting effect of nursing intervention on the treatment of hypertension patients and propose nursing measures for hypertension nursing intervention. Method: Randomly select 15 female patients and 15 male patients, a total of 30 patients, who were admitted to our hospital from January 5 to January 20, 2023 as the nursing intervention group; using the same method, randomly select 15 female patients and 15 male patients, a total of 30 patients, who were discharged as the control group. The control group received routine nursing care, and nursing data were collected through telephone follow-up 30 days after discharge. In addition to receiving the same treatment plan and normal nursing care, the nursing intervention group also implemented additional nursing intervention, and nursing data were collected through telephone follow-up 30 days after discharge. Results: Patients using nursing intervention had better treatment outcomes, and the satisfaction of the nursing intervention group was 10% higher than that of patients without nursing intervention. Conclusion: Hypertension patients have a high satisfaction with nursing intervention, and nursing intervention can promote patient recovery and improve nursing quality. In the nursing process, adopting various methods to provide nursing intervention, including psychological nursing, exercise rehabilitation, and nutritional support, can provide patients with a comfortable treatment experience in an all-round way. Therefore, hypertension nursing intervention is an indispensable part for patients who need long-term treatment and nursing.
