After filtration, the suspension was centrifuged to remove the supernatant, and the pellet was cultured in DMEM/F12 medium containing 10% fetal bovine serum for adherent culture. After 24 hours, the cells were trypsinized and reseeded in new culture dishes to obtain endometrial stromal cells.
