To identify independent prognostic factors associated with PMP, we first used univariate analyses with the Cox proportional hazards model to examine the association between PFS and OS, as well as clinical characteristics such as phenotypes and genotypes. The factors correlated with PFS and OS, including age, gender, PCI, Completeness of cytoreduction (CC), pathological grade, lymph node involvement, HRD, TMB, NMF Cluster associated mutational signatures, and mutational status of nine genes (GNAS, KRAS, TTN, TP53, MUC16, TGFBR2, SMAD4, SMAD2, and ATM), were used as covariates. The results revealed that OS was significantly worse in males (HR: 3.946, CI95%: 1.047-14.880, p = 0.043), those with TMB>1, TP53 mutation (p = 0.013), NMF cluster 1, MUC16 mutation (p = 0.010), and SMAD4 mutant group (p = 0.025), compared to females, those with TMB<1, TP53 wild type, NMF other clusters, MUC16 wild type, and SMAD4 wild type group.

Next, we performed Cox proportional hazards multivariate modeling analysis, considering gender, TMB, NMF cluster, and mutation status of TP53, MUC16, and SMAD4 as candidate predictors.
