I value the division between "program" and "insights" within SQ for the sake of clarity and efficiency. However, I want to express my concerns about how this change might impact my career progression. I have been actively involved in both programs and insights/escalations and have made significant contributions to both aspects. The unique nature of SQ has allowed me to develop well-rounded skills, which is why I joined this team in 2020. If our team solely focuses on the "insights" part of the work, I'm afraid I might lose sight of the initial motivation that led me to join the team
