On July 21 and 22, the contaminated cargo at the terminal was overturned and deemed necessary to be inspected for fuel accumulation. In order to reduce the height of the cargo stack, an excavator was employed by the terminal, inadvertently causing the cargo to become mixed once again. Following the inspection, no significant fuel accumulation was found. As a result, the terminal proceeded to re-cover the cargo with protective nets.
